Whether you need a quote on a specified lighting package, are looking to value-engineer a set of plans, or have no plans at all, Priority Lighting has the expertise to get you what you need. With your set of plans, we will provide counts, make notes, and ensure all lighting is to your specification. No plans? No problem. We will create a lighting and/or photo metric layout for your preliminary needs. Trying to match a fixture from a magazine? Send it to us! We have access to over 100 manufacturers. Got a napkin sketch? Send it to us, we can custom make you almost any fixture you can imagine - we bring your ideas to light!


    Products will be staged and shipped according to your construction schedule. At no extra cost, we label each box per plan, per type to eliminate any confusion as to what fixture or lamp goes to which location.


    Priority Lighting’s detailed-oriented project managers make certain that your project has the correct materials when they arrive on site. As you may know, it is common for plans to be incomplete when it comes to electrical and lighting. Whether it’s a fixture schedule or merely a symbol missing from the set of plans, Priority Lighting submits RFIs (requests for information) removing the possibility of error. Our project managers are available to provide full take-offs, ensuring all counts are accurate and fixtures are in the correct locations.

    Although the typical savings for a retrofit is a 50% reduction in lighting energy costs, utility incentives vary wildly, making it essential that you are provided with the correct and current information. Not only will we research available rebates, but we will also handle all the paperwork and even schedule inspections (should your utility company require them). Rebate monies are typically returned to our customers within 6 weeks. Of course, all of these factors are different with every utility provider. Some providers will cover 100% of the costs while others may not offer any incentive for your desired retrofit.
